Refund policy

We want you to love your Men in the Arena gear. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at sales@meninthearena.org with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

Items that can't be returned

Gift cards, digital products, items personalized to order, free or promotional items, and anything marked final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post the credit.
