Men in the Arena Men's Weekend 2027
Three days of teaching, brotherhood, and worship in the high desert, built around one word. Same ranch. Same fire. New name.
Built for men.
Not a conference.
Main Sessions
Three main sessions on this year's theme, Unbreakable — one each night and Sunday morning. Straight teaching from Scripture, no fluff.
Seminars
Two blocks, your pick each time. Marriage, grief, apologetics, outdoor ministry, the wilderness, and more.
Fireside
Cabin groups around the fire. Honesty or silence, respect, and what's said there stays there.
Men who will
tell you the truth.
Three main sessions, two seminar blocks, and worship — led by men who have done the work.

Washington
Family Ranch
We take over the whole camp. Washington Family Ranch is a Young Life property in the high desert of central Oregon, two and a half hours from Portland. No hotel to book, no restaurant to find. Everything happens on the ranch.
You'll bunk with your church or your crew, eat together, and spend Saturday afternoon on the Waterpark and the Adventure Course. If you've never been, ask a guy who has.
Two nights in the cabins, linens included. Cabins are assigned by church wherever possible.
Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus Sunday brunch. Friday is the Beast Feast: bring your own meat, we bring the fire.
Waterpark, Adventure Course, 7 AM Polar Plunge, and an espresso bar at Muddy Station.
Antelope, Oregon. Download driving directions. Carpool with your church if you can.
Bring your son.
A rite of passage is a marked moment when a boy is told, in front of other men, that he is now a man — and what that calls him to. On Saturday evening, fathers bring their sons, 13 and up, forward for exactly that: a blessing, a charge, and a welcome into the brotherhood from men who have been where they are.
Sons 13 and above. Register your son the same way you register yourself.
Backed by men
who build.
Businesses and churches can put their name on the Men's Weekend. Four levels, $1,000 to $15,000 — your logo here and in front of 300+ men all weekend, with the top level naming the event itself. Sponsorships are sold right alongside registration; logos land on this page as sponsors sign on.

Questions men actually ask.
Didn't find yours? Email info@meninthearena.org and a real person will answer.
Do I have to come with a church group?
No. Plenty of men register on their own and leave with a cabin full of brothers. If you do come with your church, register together so you can be housed and grouped together.
What should I bring?
Your Bible and a notebook. Meat for the Friday Beast Feast. Swim trunks and a towel for the Waterpark and the Polar Plunge. Warm layers — high-desert nights get cold in May — plus a flashlight, toiletries, and a camp chair if you like one at the fire. Linens are provided.
I already registered. Can I upgrade to VIP?
Yes. Email info@meninthearena.org with the name on your registration and we'll upgrade you and send a link for the difference.
Is there any paperwork?
One form. Every man completes the Young Life guest consent and release form before camp — the ranch requires it. We'll get it to you after you register.
Is there cell service or Wi-Fi?
Very little, and that's part of the point. Tell the people who need you where you'll be, then put the phone down for three days. Confirm current coverage with the ranch.
I'm a certified lifeguard. Can I serve?
Yes, and you come free — the ranch requires certified guards for the Waterpark to open. Email info@meninthearena.org with your current certification.
Don't come alone.
Bring your guys.
Grab a spot, then text three men who need this more than they'll admit.
