Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some items can also ship to Canada and Mexico; if an item can't ship to your address, checkout will let you know.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. U.S. orders ship by USPS. Any international duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless they're collected at checkout.

Event and pre-order items

Pre-order and event items ship or are handed out on the dates listed on their product pages, not within the standard processing time.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at sales@meninthearena.org with your order number and we'll help make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
